Ingredients:
Chops ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp heaved
Brown onions (ground) 3 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
For Topping:
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic Paste ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2
Coal for simmer.

Cooking Directions:
Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder and fried onion for 30 minutes.
Heat oil; add the marinated chops with 1 cup water. cover and cook till chops tender and water dries.
For Topping: Beat yogurt with all the ingredients.
Heat up coil on fire. Before serving heat chops and off the flame. Pour yogurt over chops (do not stir), place foil and set heated coal on foil. Cover and give smoke for 5-8 minutes.
Discard coil. Slightly mix, dish out and serve.

Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1/2 cup (sliced)
Cashew Nuts (ground) 20
Yogurt ½cup
Button Red Chilies (roasted & ground) 10
Nutmeg (ground) ¼ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 3
Cheddar Cheese (ground) 2 tbsp.

Cooking Directions:
Boil mutton with ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt and water till mutton tender; reserve the stock.
Heat oil fry onion till soft. Add in ground cashew nut, yogurt, roasted, crushed red pepper and Nutmeg; cook till oil comes out.
Add mutton and stock cook till thick.
Add cream, coriander, green chilies and cheese.
Dish out and serve with paratha.

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts 2
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Tomato 2
Green chili 4 (finely cut)
Garlic clove 4 (finely cut)
Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
Salt to taste
Oil ¼ cup.

Cooking Directions:
Cut chicken breasts, tomatoes, onion and capsicum into thin pieces.
Grill vegetables in grill pan and finely cut them.
Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic golden.
Add chicken, green chillies, red chillies and salt, fry a few minutes.
Add vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Sliced onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 3
Green cardamom 3
Curd 1 cup
Green chili 3
Green coriander as required
Oil 5 tbsp.

Cooking Directions:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till golden brown.
Remove and spread it on absorbent paper.
Now add chicken to hot oil and fry till it changes color.
Add all the spices in and saute.
Now add half the curd and let it simmer gently.
Then add the rest of the curd and fried onion.
Cover and cook on very low heat till done.
Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.

Ingredients:
Chicken 1, 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 3 (sliced)
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Yogurt ½ cup
White vinegar few drops
Green cardamom 6
Red chilies 4
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup.

Cooking Directions:
Boil red chilies.
Add vinegar in boiling red chilies.
Now grind boiled red chilies with coriander seeds.
Fry onion in hot oil till golden, strain out on absorbent paper, cool and crush.
Add oil, fried onion, red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and salt in a pan, mix.
Fry all these ingredients.
Add chicken and cook.
Now add yogurt and 1, 1/2 cup boiled water, cover and cook on slow heat.
In the end add green cardamom, mix and take it off from the heat.
Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve.
Mix and mash slightly.
Cook till bubbles appear then remove from heat.
Halwa: Put the sujji and oil in a pot along with Illaichi seeds and fry until slightly brown on very low heat.
Meanwhile combine sugar and water to make a syrup.
Add this to the sujji taking care not to burn yourself and cook on low heat to desired consistency.
If you want to color the halwa add the color to the syrup before pouring it into the sujji.

With a hint of mayo garlic these wings are just finger licking. Tender and crispy Garlic Mayo Wings are great to serve in a get together.

Ingredients:
Wings with skin 12 pcs
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1-2 tbsp
Corn flour 1\2 cup
Egg 1
Salt to taste
For Sauce
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Crushed garlic 4 cloves
Salt to taste

Black olives 2- 3

Cooking Directions:
Marinate wings with ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili, corn flour, egg and salt; leave for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and fry wings until tender and crisp.
For Sauce: Take a pan and put mayonnese in it then add garlic, salt and black olives in it mix it for a while turn off the flame.

Pour sauce over wings and serve.

This recipe is perfect for a delicious meal idea. Melted butter sauce doubles the taste and flavor of this chicken recipe. This is great for a get together to impress the crowd.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 4
All purpose flour ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder as required
Butter 3 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Chicken broth ¾ cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Lemon zest ½ tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chopped Italian parsley 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions:
Flat chicken breast with hammer to ½ inch thick.
Season with salt and black pepper powder. Coat with all purpose flour and shake off excess flour.
Melt butter with olive oil on medium heat. When it starts sizzle, add chicken breast pieces and cook for 3 minutes. Don’t move. After three minutes turn and side and cook for more three minutes (cook chicken in badges if pan is not large).
Remove chicken in plate.
In same pan add chicken broth, lemon juice and lemon zest. When start cooking return chicken in broth and simmer on low heat until chicken completely cooked. Remove chicken in platter.
Melt the butter in pan, stir in parsley, salt and black pepper powder.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil,500 gms mutton cubed,l/2 cup onions finely chopped,l tsp salt,8 green cardamoms,l & 1/2 cups yoghurt whipped,6 cloves,2 tsp red chilly powderl/4 piece of nutmeg,2 tsp coriander powder,2 pieces of mace,l tsp kewra,l small stick of cinnamon,l/2 tsp saffron soaked in a l/4 cup of milk,l tsp ginger/garlic.
Preparation:
Heat oil and fry onions till they are light golden in colour.Remove with a slotted spoon and grind them together with the cardamoms, cloves,nutmeg and mace.Reheat the oil, put the cinnamon,ginger / garlic, mutton pieces and salt.Fry till the meat is light brown.Mix the ground onion mixture with the yogurt, red chilly powder and coriander powder.Add this to the meat and let it cook over a low heat till the meat is tender.If required, add 1 cup of water to make gravy.Sprinkle the kewra and saffron on it and let it simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes till the oil floats on top.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 F.Blend onion and tomatoes together and marinade to lamb chops also add all the spices except lemon juice and yoghurt. mix them well and set aside.Now heat a pan add oil and when the oil gets hot add the marniated lamb chops, mix them well and add a little bit of water to make the chops tender. Ingredients:
1 kg Minced meat,100-150 grams Mutton fat,1 tablespoon Ginger paste,1 tablespoon Garlic paste,1 teaspoon Red chilli paste,1 tablespoon Mint leaves,1 tablespoon Coriander leaves,1 tablespoon Garam masala,100 grams Chopped onions,1 no. Egg,1 tablespoon gram flour,Salt.
Preparation:
Roast the besan till it emits an aroma. Chop the coriander and mint leaves.Place the mince and all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Put this mixture away in the fridge for a couple of hours.Wet your hands, and mould portions of the mince around an iron skewer.Each seekh kebab should by about fourfive inches long.Cook over a charcoal fire for best results, but a hot grill will do just as well. 6 Tablespoons Cooking Oil,2 Cups Curry Sauce,1 lb Precooked Lamb,2 Teaspoons Paprika,1 Teaspoon Salt,1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder,1 Teaspoon Garam Masala,1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin,2 Tablespoons Plain Yoghurt,2 Teaspoons Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the curry sauce and bring to the boil.Without reducing the heat put in the meat, paprika, chilli powder and salt.Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.Now turn down the heat slightly and, whilst the meat is simmering, stir in the garam masala, and ground cumin.Slowly add the yoghurt, mixing all the time and cooking for a further 3-4 minutes.There should now be a dark, thick sauce, reddish brown in colour.Allow to settle, skim off excess oil and serve with coriander.You can adjust the heat in this dish to your own preference by varying the amount of chilli powder used. Preparation:

4 table spoons vegetable oil,75g onions, peeled and finely chopped,6-7 medium sized garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped,750g  minced lamb,2.5cm cube fresh ginger, peeled and grated to a pulp,1-2 fresh, hot green chillies, minced,1 teaspoon ground coriander,1 teaspoon ground cumin,1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper,300 ml water,175-200g shelled peas,4-6 heaped tablespoons chopped, fresh green coriander,1 1/4 teaspoon,1 teaspoon garam masala,1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Preparation:
Put the oil in a wide medium sized pan and set over medium high heat.When hot, put in the onions.Stir and fry them until they are lightly browned. Add the garlic. stir and fry for another minute.Now put in the mince,ginger, green chillies, coriander, cumin and cayenne. Stir and fry the meat for 5 minutes, breaking up lumps as you do so.Add 175ml of the water and bring to a boil. cover, turn heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.Add the peas, fresh coriander,salt garam masala, lemon juice and the remaining 125ml water. mix and bring to a simmer. cover and cook on low heat another 10 minutes or until the peas are tender.Taste seasonings and adjust the balance of the salt and lemon juice if you need to.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com

1/2 kg mutton.1 med sized onion chopped and fry it till brown.1 med sized tomato ground.Yogurt 350 gms.Red chilli pwd 2 tsp.Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp.Corriander 1 tb sp.Cumin 1 tb sp.8 Hari mirch split and deseeded.Oil 1/2 cup.Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Mix yogurt,red chilli pwd,salt,ginger/garlic pastewith mutton and leave it for 2 hours.Grind the corriander n cumin seed n fill the hari mirch with this pwd.Put the rest of the powder in the marinade.Hot oil in the pan n put the tomato paste n cook it till 3 min n then add the mutton marinade n leave it to be cooked till 45 min at low heat.At the end add the filled hari mirch n chopped brown onions n leave it for 5-7 more minutes.Enjoy it with tandoori roti.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
