Chicken korma is usually served on weddings. Try out this spicy and low budget chicken korma recipe. That has that spicy weddings like taste.

Ingredients:
Chicken 1, 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 3 (sliced)
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Yogurt ½ cup
White vinegar few drops
Green cardamom 6
Red chilies 4
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup.

Cooking Directions:
Boil red chilies.
Add vinegar in boiling red chilies.
Now grind boiled red chilies with coriander seeds.
Fry onion in hot oil till golden, strain out on absorbent paper, cool and crush.
Add oil, fried onion, red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder and salt in a pan, mix.
Fry all these ingredients.
Add chicken and cook.
Now add yogurt and 1, 1/2 cup boiled water, cover and cook on slow heat.
In the end add green cardamom, mix and take it off from the heat.
Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve.
Mix and mash slightly.
Cook till bubbles appear then remove from heat.
Halwa: Put the sujji and oil in a pot along with Illaichi seeds and fry until slightly brown on very low heat.
Meanwhile combine sugar and water to make a syrup.
Add this to the sujji taking care not to burn yourself and cook on low heat to desired consistency.
If you want to color the halwa add the color to the syrup before pouring it into the sujji.

Ingredients:
Yogurt 2 cup
Honey 4 tsp
Raisins 4 tbsp
Coconut flakes 4 tbsp
Saffron a pinch
Almonds for garnishing.

Cooking Directions:
Mix everything in blender.
Pour in glasses and serve. Garnish with almonds and serve.

This recopies is very delicious and very healthy ...not fatty at all, you can grill it if you are diet conscious, or pan fry it if you wish. It turns out very yummy so give it a chance in your kitchen...

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilly
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Half tsp garam masala
2 tbsp green chutney (green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves)
Green onions cut into 2 inch pieces
Steamed cauliflower
Green chilies 2
Steamed potato 1 or French fries
1 capsicum cut into 2 inch thin pieces

Cooking Directions:
Take the chicken breast and flatten it with roll pin until it’s thin
Marinate these chicken breasts in vinegar, soya sauce and all spices given above
For 2 hours minimum steam the cauliflower pieces and potato and if your not weight conscious then u can use French fries instead of steamed potatoes
Take oil in a pan...up to 3 tbsp and fry green onions in it for a minute
Add potato pieces and cauliflower pieces and chilies also cut in thin pieces and capsicum. Also add some salt and crushed black pepper and 1 tbsp vinegar
Take them out before the color change of vegetables
Take 1 chicken breast and place these vegetables in it vertically and then roll it pressing tightly and if needed insert a tooth pick to keep it close then shallow fry it or grill it with pill brushing...
Read to serve!

Preparation:
Mix all the spices in yogurt.Put everything in oil with meat and fry well.Cook until half done. 1 kg mutton,4-5 ilaichi,4-5 sliced medium onions,7-10 whole red peppers,1/2 kg yoghurt,2 tbsp garam masala,1 and 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 cup oil,1 tbsp garlic paste.
Preparation:
Put mutton, oil,onion, and red chillis in pan.Mix garam masala in yoghurt and pour over meat mixture.Cook on high heat for about 10 minutes.Add salt, ilaichi and garlic paste.Seal the pan and lid with flour, and cook on very low heat for 45 minutes.If water has not dried, cook on high heat till it does and only thick gravy is left. 1 teaspoonolive oil.
1 clovegarlic, minced.
1 1⁄2 teaspoondried basil.
1⁄2 teaspoondried oregan.
1 28-ounce jars diced tomatoes, including the fluid.
2 tablespoonswater.
2 tablespoonschopped crisp basil leaves, washed with icy water.
Guidelines:
Put the skillet on the stove, include the oil and garlic and turn the warmth to low. Cook until the garlic is simply brilliant, 1-2 minutes. Include the basil and oregano, blend well, and cook 30 seconds. Ingrediants:
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves,waxed paper,1/4 cup low fat buttermilk,1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese,1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs,2 tsp all purpose flour,2 Tbsp. olive oil,1 clove garlic, crushed.
Preparation:
Place chicken between two sheets of waxed paper and pound lightly with a mallet or other heavy flat object to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness.Combine buttermilk and Parmesan in a bowl.Place breadcrumbs on a piece of waxed paper.Dust chicken with flour and season with salt and pepper to taste.Dip both sides of chicken in buttermilk mixture.Dredge both sides of chicken in breadcrumbs.Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.Saute garlic 1 minute.Discard garlic and saute chicken 4-5 minutes, or until golden.Turn and saute another 3-4 minutes, or until browned and chicken is cooked throughout.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com

Ingrediants:
1  chicken, skinned and jointed,Juice of 1 lemon,2 medium, thinly sliced onions,A little desi kyoo (or veg. oil),400 ml youghurt,1 tsp ground black pepper,2-3 tsp chili powder,1 tsp haldi,A pinch of garam masala,Salt according to taste,1 inch of grated ginger,2 cloves of garlic,2 bari ilaichi,3-4 cloves,A few seeds of whole black pepper,A small piece of cinnamon,200 ml cream.
Preparation:
Prepare the chicken by skinning and jointing it.Squeeze the juice of one lemon on the chicken and mix everything thoroughly.Leave to marinate for three hours.Stirfry the chicken for 20 min in some oil.Take the chicken out and fry the onions in the broth till they dissolve.Pour youghurt into the pot together with all the spices,garlic and ginger.
Cook on low heat.The yoghurt will first get thinner, then thicker again.When it does, add the chicken in and boil for 5 min.Finish off by adding the cream, and some garam masala.Mix again and if you like, garnish with fresh, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.Serve with rice or chapati.Bismillah kar ke lag jaao :)Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com

1 kg chicken,8 tomatoes finely chopped,dahi 1 1/2 cup,Salt to taste,Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,Kuttee lal mirch 1 tsp,Lal mirch powder 1 tsp,Haldi 1/2 tsp,Garam masala powder a pinch,Whole clove (3) balck pepper (2),A pinch of nutmeg and mace grinded,A pinch of kasuri mehthi
Preparation:

1 1/2 lb of chicken,1 apple(peeled and cut into small cubes),1/2 tbsp of tumeric,1 1/2 tbsp of red chili powder,3 green chilis (slit in half),1 kg onions (thinly sliced),1 tbsp of garlic paste,1 tbsp of ginger paste,1/2 a cup of oil ,Salt to taste,1/2 cup of water.
Preparation:
In a fry pan put onions and green chilis and fry for about 3 mins.Add Chicken, ginger, garlic, salt, tumeric and red chili powder and continue to cook for another 10 minutes on med heat.Add diced apples and cook for 5 more mins.Finally add 1/2 cup of water and reduce heat to low.Cook until water dries out and oil seperates.Apples will soften and turn into a pasty texture.Serve with White rice and enjoy.You may garnish with cilantro at end to add an extra taste. Put salt, pepper, lemon, Kari patta and corn flour on Chicken and set it aside for 10-15 minutes.After 15 minute deep fry it.In a seperate pot saute cumin seed in oil until brown. 800 grams Boneless chicken breasts,300 grams Curds,2 tablespoons Lemon juice,1 tablespoon Ginger paste,1 tablespoon Garlic paste,1 tablespoon Green  chilli paste,1 teaspoon Turmeric powder,100 grams Cottage cheese,1/2 cup Fresh cream,1 teaspoons Garam masala,2-3 tablespoons Oil,Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into 2 inch long slices.Mash cottage cheese and mix it with fresh cream to make a fine paste.Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for about half an hour. Ingrediants:
4 pounds chicken wings,Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste,1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate,6 tablespoons cold water,1/3 cup honey,1 tablespoon hot sauce or upto taste,1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes.
Preparation:
Rinse chicken wings and pat dry well. With a sharp knife separate the drumettes from the wing tips at the joint.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Preheat broiler to 450*F (230*C).Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Broil for about 4 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy. Remove from broiler and transfer wings to paper towels to drain. Place in a large serving bowl or dish with sides; keep warm.Meanwhile, combine orange juice concentrate, water,honey and hot sauce and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and immediately pour mixture over the wings. Toss wings to coat well. Ingrediants:
6 pcs chicken, skinned,2 tsp Ground Coriander,2 tsp Tandoori chicken powder,1 tsp Ground jeera,Dash garlic powder,Soy sauce (or yogurt),Add to taste Salt.Add to taste Red pepper powder.
Preparation:
Take the chicken and make *deep* cuts in it (so that the masalas seep in quickly).If you are using soy sauce as the base, put some on the chicken pieces and let it seep in the cuts.Rub in the masalas as a mixture or one at a time.The idea is to let the masalas seep in the cuts with the soy sauce.You can leave it for little while to seep in.If you are using yogurt you'll get a more authentic taste since the original TC is after all marinated in it. In this case, mix the masalas in the yogurt first and then rub the stuff into the chicken cuts as before.The yogurt tends to leave considerable amount of water behind.DON'T THROW THIS AWAY.
