Ingrediants:
1 kg. salmon fish, cut in fingers,1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon black pepper,1 teaspoon Ajinomoto,2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice,2 eggs, beaten,2 cups bread crumbs,Oil for frying.
Preparation:
Add salt, pepper, Ajinomoto and vinegar to fish and marinate for 4 hours.Dip the fish fingers in beaten eggs and cover with crumbs.Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.Serve hot with ketchup and french fries.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
