Ingrediants:
Fish (Cat fish or tilapia) 1 Lb,Peas 1/2 cup,Carrots 1/2 cup diced,Beans 1/2 cup diced,Corn 1/2 cup,Tomatoes 1/2 lb ( Thinly sliced),Onion 1 med. ( Thinly sliced),Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.Oil 3/4 cup,Salt to taste.Red chilli powder to taste,Cumin 1/2 tsp,Fenugreek seeds A pinch,Red chilli Whole 2 or 3,Fennel Seeds A pinch,Kalonji 1/2 tsp.Kari patta 3 or 4 leaves.
Preparation:
Heat the oil in the pan.Add onoin, fenugreek seeds, cumin and whole red chilli.Fry till the onion is brown and then add kari patta. Fry for 1 min.Add tomatoes salt, chilli powder and ginger/garlic paste.Now fry this mixture well till the oil separates.Now add veggies and water. Put on low heat.In the mean time, cut the fillet into small fingers.Marinate the fish with black pepper and lemon juice. Wait for 10 min.Grease the pan and put it on high heat.Now add the fish and wait till it gets browned.(For 35 min).Remember fish dosen't take too long to cook.Now check your veggies if the beans and peas are done, fry for about 3 min.Before adding fish make sure there is no water.Now add fish with kalonji and fennel seeds.Put on low flame for abt 5 to 10 min. Ingrediants:
1 large fish, whole (about 2 lb.),1 cup whipped yoghurt(curd),1 tsp garlic paste,1 tsp ginger paste,1 tsp green chilli paste,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp tomato sauce,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp tandoori masala powder,Salt to taste,.Tandoori Masala Powder:4 tsp ground coriander,3 tsp ground cummin,4 tsp  garlic powder,4 tsp paprika,3 tsp ground ginger,2 tsp mango powder,1 tsp dried mint,3 tsp deep red coloring,1 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp yellow colouring).
Preparation:
Method to make Tandoori Masala Powder:Mix all ingredients together and store.The coriander and cumin powders must be freshly ground.Use as required.This will keep for months if stored in an airtight container.For tandoori fish:After cleaning the fish, make slanting gashes on the fish on each side.Do this in such a way that the fish remains a whole.Marinate the fish in the combined masala for about 4 hours.Prepare a baking dish and brush the bottom of the dish with a little oil.Carefully place the fish in the center of the dish and brush with some oil on top.Pour any remaning marinade into the dish and bake in a moderate oven at 375 deg F till the fish is done and becomes golden brown at the top.Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com

Ingredients:
Chops ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp heaved
Brown onions (ground) 3 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
For Topping:
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic Paste ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2
Coal for simmer.

Cooking Directions:
Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder and fried onion for 30 minutes.
Heat oil; add the marinated chops with 1 cup water. cover and cook till chops tender and water dries.
For Topping: Beat yogurt with all the ingredients.
Heat up coil on fire. Before serving heat chops and off the flame. Pour yogurt over chops (do not stir), place foil and set heated coal on foil. Cover and give smoke for 5-8 minutes.
Discard coil. Slightly mix, dish out and serve.

Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1/2 cup (sliced)
Cashew Nuts (ground) 20
Yogurt ½cup
Button Red Chilies (roasted & ground) 10
Nutmeg (ground) ¼ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 3
Cheddar Cheese (ground) 2 tbsp.

Cooking Directions:
Boil mutton with ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt and water till mutton tender; reserve the stock.
Heat oil fry onion till soft. Add in ground cashew nut, yogurt, roasted, crushed red pepper and Nutmeg; cook till oil comes out.
Add mutton and stock cook till thick.
Add cream, coriander, green chilies and cheese.
Dish out and serve with paratha.

Ingredients:
Clarified butter 1 cup
Solid milk 125 gm
Green cardamom 4 - 5
Sugar ½ cup
Almond paste 1 cup
Almond for garnish.

Cooking Directions:
In a pan heat clarified butter.
Now add green cardamom to crackle.
Then add sugar and almond paste to cook.
Then put solid milk and cook till oil separates.
Dish it out and garnish with almond and serve.
