Ingrediants:
1 kilo chickenClick to find more about chicken,1 tsb gingerClick to find more about ginger paste,1 tsb garlicClick to find more about garlic paste fresh coriander (daniyaan) leaves 1 bunch,3-4 green chillies,1 medium onionClick to find more about onion,1 tsb garam msala,4-5 whole dried red chillies,SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste,6 tsb yogurt OR 3 tsb lemon juice.
Preparation:
Mix all the spices together.Put in a blender and make a paste.Make 4-5 deep cuts on each side of the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces.Coat the pieces with the paste and leave to marinate for few hours.(preferably overnight in fridge) then BBQ or bake in oven.
