Ingredients:
Boneless mutton 1 kg,Onion paste 6-7 tsp,Red chillie powder 3 tsp,Garam masal powder 1/2 tsp,Small ilaichi powder 1/2 tsp,Ajwain powder 1/2 tsp,Oil 3-4 tbsp,Khuskhush powder 1 tsp,Jaifal javetri powder 1/4 tsp,Sonf powder 3 tsp,Curd 150 gm or 1 bowl small,Ginger/garlic paste 3 tsp,Salt to taste.
Preparation:
