Ingrediants:
250 gms chicken keema.1 egg beaten,12 cup bread crumbs,2 onions chopped,2 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp gingergarlic paste,12 tsp garam masala powder,12 tsp cumin seeds.2 tbsp oil,Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a mixture and grind and mix well.Make small balls of the mixture and flatten.Heat oil in fryingpan and fry at low fire till cutlets are golden brown.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
