Ingredients:
Beef 1 kg,Yoghurt 1/2 kg,Garlic 1 teaspoon and 2 whole,Ginger 1 teaspoon,Green chillis 2 whole,Lemon juice of 1 lemon,Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons,Turmeric 1/2 teaspoons,Salt to taste,Oil 3 tablespoons,Onion 1 cut into 2 pieces,Tomato 1 cut into 4 pieces,A pinch of garam masala, corriander powder and zeera powder.
Preparation:
Put all things into a pot mix well and let it marinate for 2 hours.After 2 hours place the pot on a slow flame and let it cook for 1 hour.When the gravy has thickened and the beef has cooked take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.You can thicken the gravy or loosen it as much as u require.Garnish with fresh green corriander.Serve it with rice or naan or you can eat it just as it is.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
