Fixings:
A large portion of a Savoy cabbage, cut into all inclusive strips.
1 tbsp hot sunflower oil.
2 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, cut into strips.
modest bunch of pine nuts.
2 meagerly cut garlic cloves.
4cm root ginger , cut in matchsticks.
1 tbsp oil.
soy sauce, to taste.
Headings:
Sear the cabbage in a wok with around 1 tbsp hot sunflower oil for a few moments. Include the bacon and broil for 30 seconds. Tip in the pinenuts, garlic cloves and ginger. Panfry until softly seared.
Tip everything out into a dish, include another tbsp of oil and the cabbage to the wok and sear over a high warmth for 4-5 minutes. Return everything to the wok with a little soy sauce to taste. Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
