Fixings:
250g medium rice noodles.
85g sundried tomatoes in addition to 2 tbsp of their oil.
3 garlic cloves ,
25g Parmesan (or veggie lover elective), shaved or ground huge modest bunch basil leaves, torn.
Heading:
Set up the noodles as per pack directions, then deplete. Heat the oil, then broil the tomatoes and garlic for 3 mins.
