Fixings:
250g simple cook basmati rice.
3 red onion, finely cut.
2 tbsp olive oil.
140g smoked haddock filet.
140g haddoc kfillet.
250g pack prepared cooked Puy lentils.
get-up-and-go 1 lemon(then cut the lemon into wedges)
huge pack level leaf parsley, generally cleaved.
25g toasted chipped almond.
Bearings:
Cook the rice in bubbling water until only delicate, then deplete. In the interim, rotisserie the onions in the oil in an extensive non-stick skillet over a medium warmth for 10-12 mins until splendid. Pass on some water to the rise in a shallow holder. Incorporate the haddock filets, poach for 4 mins until the fish is just cooked, then drain and break into expansive drops. Spoon a large portion of the onions onto a plate, then put aside.
Mix the depleted rice and lentils into the onion container, then overlay through the fish, lemon get-up-and-go furthermore, parsley to warm through.
