Ingredients:
2 lb. goat meat, lamb or beef,1-1/2 inch grated ginger,6 cloves minced garlic,1 tsp salt,4 cardamom pods,8 cloves,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp turmeric,2 small green peppers, chopped,1 tsp red pepper,1/2 cup fried onions,1 tsp corriender powder,8 whole peppercorns,1/2 cup yogurt,1/2 cup oil ,1 tsp kewra water ,1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce.
Preparation:
Mix all the spices in yogurt.Put everything in oil with meat and fry well.Cook until half done. Add onions and fry well.Add 3 cup of water and cook on low heat until meat is tender and gravy is thick.Add garam masala and remove from heat.Please keep watching our website www.recipestipspk.blogspot.com
