Rasmalai is very tasty sweet dish and also everyone's favorite. This Spongy rasmalai prepared with dry milk balls and cooked into milk. Make this on special dawats and serve very chilled to enjoy.

Ingredients:
Milk powder 2 cup
Fresh milk 1 1/2 cup
Milk solid 250 grams
Egg 2
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 1 tsp (powder)
Baking powder 1 tsp
White flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Kewra essence few drops
Almond, pistachio ½ cup.
Cooking Directions:
Take pan and boil milk in it.
Now add milk solid and kewra essence into and cook it for a while.
Put dry milk, clarified butter, white flour and baking powder and mix it well.
Beat the egg and pour it slightly and knead it.
Now make balls from the dough and put it in boiled milk.
When balls comes on surface, turn off the stove.
Cool it and garnish it with almond and pistachios.
