Fixings:
1 tbsp olive oil.
1 onion, hacked.
1 garlic clove, hacked.
1 tsp paprika.
400g container of slashed tomatoes.
1l chicken stock (from a 3D square is fine).
300g spaghetti, generally broken.
240g pack solidified fish blend, defrosted.
modest bunch of parsley leaves, hacked, and lemon wedges to serve.
Bearings:
Heat the oil in a wok or extensive griddle, then cook the onion and garlic over a medium warmth for 5 mins until delicate. Include the paprika, tomatoes and stock, then convey to the bubble.Turn down the warmth to a stew, mix in the pasta and cook for 7 mins, blending once in a while to prevent the pasta from staying. Mix in the fish, cook for 3 mins more until it's all warmed through and the pasta is cooked, then season to taste.
