Simply scrumptious dish! If you want to get the actual taste of this dish then do not replace chops with any other cut of meat.

Ingredients:
Chops ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp heaved
Brown onions (ground) 3 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
For Topping:
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic Paste ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2
Coal for simmer.
Cooking Directions:
Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder and fried onion for 30 minutes.
Heat oil; add the marinated chops with 1 cup water. cover and cook till chops tender and water dries.
For Topping: Beat yogurt with all the ingredients.
Heat up coil on fire. Before serving heat chops and off the flame. Pour yogurt over chops (do not stir), place foil and set heated coal on foil. Cover and give smoke for 5-8 minutes.
Discard coil. Slightly mix, dish out and serve.
